COUNTERFEIT OFFICIAL CHECK ALERT!

We have received notification of counterfeit official checks being mailed to  individuals from Mystery Shoppers or Secret Shoppers. These checks are counterfeit checks. If you have received one of these checks, please contact Collins Community Credit Union at (319) 393-9000 or (800) 475-1150.

PHISHING SCAM ALERT
We were made aware that an email was circulating which was part of a phishing scam. The email was asking you to click on a link that would lead you to one of two sites: www.collinscusignin.org or www.colinscu.org . It would have asked you to type in your Login ID for online banking and then to put in your personal and debit card information. Collins Community Credit Union would NEVER ask you to verify your account information through email, nor would we request debit card information via a website.

If you received this email and followed its instructions, or feel that you are a victim of this fraudulent activity please contact our ATM department at (319)393-9000 to have your cards cancelled and new ones issued right away.
