ARTS is your Audio Response Telephone System which gives you access to your account 22 hours a day 7 days a week. ARTS is a free service that allows you to do a variety of financial transactions and inquiries. To access the system you will use your account number along with the PIN that you have selected when you signed up for ARTS. If you are unsure of your pin # please call our Member Services department at 319 395 6430. We also have a detailed brochure to help you navigate thru the options:
