                                        Make the Switch to Collins Community Credit Union
Switching to Collins Community Credit Union has never been easier!  We provide you with the forms and answer any questions you may have.

It's as Easy as 1 - 2 - 3    

1. Open your Collins Community Credit Union accounts - We have everything from savings, to ATM/Debit cards, checking, credit cards, loans, mortgages, and more! Choose the account that suits your needs, we have you covered. Click here to open a new account.
    

2. Make the switch - Fill out your Switch Kit forms* for your automatic transactions.  If you would like help with the forms, contact us and we would be happy to guide you through them.
   
   You may use our checklist so you don't forget an automatic transaction.
    

3. Close your old accounts - Confirm that your automatic transactions are set up. Once you're sure your old accounts are inactive and all checks have cleared, you can close your accounts at your previous financial institution.

*There are some companies that require the use of their own forms to initiate the switching of accounts. Some businesses may allow you to call or visit their website to request these type of changes. The forms above are provided by Collins Community Credit Union. They are available for your use, but may not be accepted by all businesses.

**To be Compliant with the Patriot Act, we will ask for the following information prior to opening your account:  Name, Address, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number.  We also require a photo ID.
