No. Viewing your credit score through Credit Score is considered a "soft inquiry," which does not affect your credit score. Unlike a hard inquiry that may occur when applying for credit, checking your score through the tool is completely safe and will not lower your score.
How often is my score updated?
Your credit score is automatically updated every seven days. You can also refresh your score and view an updated credit report every 24 hours through the Credit Score dashboard in online or mobile banking.
