What’s an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)? An ITM is a machine that looks a lot like an ATM but has a live chat feature to assist you with transactions. Think of it like Skype or FaceTime, but you’re at an ATM machine. So, if you visit a branch, but you don’t want to wait in line, give the ITM a try.

Currently, we have live ITM machines located at our Blairs Ferry Road, Wiley, and 1st Avenue branches in Cedar Rapids, the Marion branch, the Altoona Home Loan Center, and the Ankeny Home Loan Center.
Chat with a live teller Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. When a live teller isn't available the machine can be used as an ATM.
