Beware of Unidentified Calls or Attempts to Gain Access to Your Online Banking Account
If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your online banking account, and you believe it to be suspicious or fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information, or online banking credentials to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information or login credentials. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.

Important Legal Disclosures
*APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APY is accurate as of the last dividend declaration date. If all monthly qualifications are met: 1) 15 or more debit card purchases must post and clear the account, 2) sign up to receive eStatements, 3) log into Online Banking or Mobile Banking at least one time during the month, 4) post at least one direct deposit of $100 or more to the account, balances up to $25,000.00 earn an APY of 6.05%, the portion of balance from $25,000.01-$30,000.01 will earn 0.05% APY and the portion of balance $30,000.01 and up will earn 0.01% APY. If you do not meet these requirements, your account will still earn 0.01% APY. A minimum $50.00 deposit is required to open an account. No minimum balance is required to earn APY. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. Rates are subject to change.
**Benefits are available to personal checking account owner(s) and their joint account owners, subject to the terms and conditions for the applicable Benefits.
