Collins Community Credit Union

Payroll Processing

Let us do the work for you

Save time for you and your employees by enrolling in Collins Community Credit Union's payroll processing program. Your employees will be thanking you when they don't have to wait for the payroll clerk to issue their checks and don't have to take time out of their day to deposit checks. By taking only one debit out of your account for each payroll, rather than many, you save reconcilement and processing fees! Plus, you don't have to worry about the risk of lost or stolen paychecks.

How it works

You will have access to a website where you will create and upload your ACH file transfers. Then, we will review your file and submit it to the Federal Reserve, and the deposits will automatically be credited into your employee's accounts. Once this process is complete, we will debit your Collins Community Credit Union account.

What you need

  • ACH Originator Application
  • ACH Originator Agreement
  • Computer with access to the Internet and a USB plug-in
  • Your employee(s) will need to sign a direct deposit authorization form (we provide), and give you a voided check from their financial institution. Their financial institution must be able to accept electronic ACH credits.
