If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your credit or debit card, and you believe it to be fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.

The Skip-a-Pay promotion gives you the option to skip a loan payment for just $30, without impacting your credit rating. It provides you the opportunity to defer a monthly payment on eligible Collins Community Credit Union loans.
Which loans are eligible?
Skip-a-Pay is offered on the following Collins Community Credit Union consumer loa products: Car/Truck/Van/Motorcycle Loans, Boat/RV loans, Signature Loans and Share Secured loans.
Accepting a Skip-a-Pay Agreement
If you accept the Skip-a-Pay Agreement, your interest will continue to accrue on your loan at the same contract rate; the total of your payments will be greater than originall stated on your loan documents. An approved Skip-a-Pay request will extend the life of the loan. This program does not apply to any past due loan, line of credit or dwelling secured loans. You are responsible for suspending automatic payments you have initiate for the month you select to skip. Eligibility requirements and products are subject to change without notice. If you have GAP coverage on your loan and choose to participate in our Skip-a-Pay promotion, be aware that more than two skips or extensions over the life of the loan could result in your loan not being paid in full should you need to file a claim.
How to Accept a Skip-a-Pay Agreement
To accept the Skip-a-Pay offer, come see us at any branch or give us a call at 800-475-1150 or 319-393-9000, and we will assist you in completing an agreement. All Skip-a-Payment Agreements must be received by December 23, 2023. Once we receive your signed Agreement and $30 fee, we will advance your current due date by one month. You may have more than one loan that qualifies, so please have the specific note number and payment amount of the loan you would like to defer ready when you visit a branch or call us.
Stop by any branch, or give us a call at 800-475-1150 or 319-393-9000, and we will be happy to assist you in determining which loans are eligible, and in completing the Skip-a-Pay form.
Terms: Qualifying members can defer a monthly payment on any eligible loan and we will advance both your payment due date and your loan maturity date each time you take advantage of this service. A $30 fee will apply for each loan payment skipped. Please review the Skip-a-Pay Agreement for options for fee payment. This program does not apply to loans during the first six (6) months of the loan agreement. You may only exercise Skip-a-Pay once every calendar year – it must be at least 12 months between requests. All loans must be up-to-date and you must not have a past due payment history within the past 12 months. Your account with Collins Community Credit Union must be in good standing. Accounts that received an extension as part of the COVID deferment program, will not be eligible for this Skip-a-Pay promotion.
