Beware of Unidentified Calls or Attempts to Gain Access to Your Online Banking Account

If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your online banking account, and you believe it to be suspicious or fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.

Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information, or online banking credentials to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150We will never contact you to ask for your personal information or login credentials. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.

Collins Community CU offers a Cash & Carry ATM Card to savings account holders. The Cash & Carry ATM Card is a convenient way to withdraw cash from any ATM anytime.

Features

  • No monthly or annual fee
  • Unlimited withdrawals based on daily limit at Collins owned ATM’s
    (Other entities may still charge a fee for the use of their ATM)
  • 7 Free withdrawals per month at non-Collins owned ATM’s 
  • Additional withdrawals over 7 per month will incur a fee

Existing Members

If you are an existing member, you can log into CU Online and click on Self Service. Next click on Open Additional Accounts under the Member Requests section. 

You can also contact our Member Contact Center at 800-475-1150, email us at memberservices@collinscu.org, or stop into any Collins Community CU branch to request an ATM Card.

PRIVILEGED STATUS

Collins Community Credit Union has joined Shazam network's Privileged Status program for our members' convenience. The Privileged Status program helps our membership by allowing access to more ATM locations without paying costly surcharges. Look for the Privileged Status sign when using your ATM card, or click here to find a Priviledge Status ATM near you.
