If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your credit or debit card, and you believe it to be fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.

Lost/Stolen Debit Cards
If your card is lost or stolen you may call 1-800-472-3272 (after hours number), or
1-973-682-2652 (collect) outside the U.S.
Our system monitors every transaction done on your card. If anything out of the ordinary occurs, or if the transactions match established fraud patterns that have been reported to VISA, our fraud division will try to contact you. We want to make sure every transaction on your account is legitimate and stop any potential fraud immediately. In order to keep your account safe, we have a response center open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If our fraud monitoring service does contact you to verify suspicious transactions, you may see one of the following numbers on your caller ID: 1-800-262-2024, 1-866-750-9107 or 1-877-372-3495. their valid callback number is 1-877-253-8964 (or collect at 1-973-682-2652 if you are outside the U.S.) Please be advised that our representatives will never ask you for your PIN number, or your full card number. Blocked Debit Card Activity - Due to regulatory requirements and incidents of fraudulent activity, the credit union blocks certain debit card activity based on risk. From time to time, the list of blocked activity by country is updated based on current fraud trends and/or government sanctions.
