REMINDER: Collins Community Credit Union will be performing a core conversion April 27 through May 1. During the conversion period you will experience service limitations as well as branch closures. All branches, including the in-store branches, will close at 5:30 p.m. on April 27 and reopen for business on Tuesday, May 1. Lost/Stolen Debit Cards

If your card is lost or stolen you may call 1-800-472-3272 (after hours number) or 
1-973-682-2652 (collect) outside U.S. or you can call 319-395-6436 and leave a message. 

Debit Rewards

Collins Community Credit Union Debit Rewards is the program that rewards you for using your debit card. It's our way of saying thank you for your membership. Click here to login to your account and view rewards. 

Fraud Protection

Our system monitors every transaction done on your card. If anything out of the ordinary occurs, or if the transactions match established fraud patterns that have been reported to VISA, our fraud division will try to contact you. We want to make sure every transaction on your account is legitimate and stop any potential fraud immediately. In order to keep your account safe, we have a response center open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If our fraud monitoring service does contact you to verify suspicious transactions, you may see one of the following numbers on your caller ID: 1-800-262-2024, 1-866-750-9107 or 1-877-372-3495.  their valid callback number is 1-877-253-8964 (or collect at 1-973-682-2652 if you are outside the U.S.) Please be advised that our representatives will never ask you for your PIN number, or your full card number. If you have any questions about the validity of a call, please contact the Card Services department directly at 319-395-6436 or 800-475-1150 ext. 1436. 

Blocked Debit Card Activity -  Due to regulatory requirements and incidents of fraudulent activity, the credit union blocks certain debit card activity based on risk. From time to time, the list of blocked activity by country is updated based on current fraud trends and/or government sanctions. Click here for a list of the activity that is currently blocked on all debit cards.
