If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your credit or debit card, and you believe it to be fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.
With direct deposit, there is no need to run your checks to the bank on payday. At Collins Community Credit Union, we accept payroll and direct deposit from all employers and the US Government. Direct deposit is a convenient way for you to make regular deposits to your share savings and checking accounts.
Internal Transfers
Once the direct deposit has been made, you can easily determine where your money should go. Using our transfer form, you can designate where the funds should be placed and have them moved to different account types or numbers at the credit union. These forms are available at all of our branches, or transfers can be set up on CU Online.
Automatic Payments
Pay your bills automatically with your debit card. These auto-debits can be useful when you are paying for insurance, utilities, investments and more. To initiate, change, or cancel these auto-debits, you must contact the individual companies. Our routing number 273972949.
