Bio

I am here to help...

Most people think I am in the business of doing home loans. I really don't look at it that way. I use my 16 years of mortgage lending experience, helping over 1,000 families choose the best possible mortgage for their unique situation. Good people need great mortgage advice and through education and my experience I will ensure you get a great mortgage.

I grew up in Alburnett, IA and attended Mount Mercy College.  I married my high school sweetheart, Trisha and we have two boys Gavyn and Owen that attend the Linn Mar Schools.  When I am not chasing my son’s from one sporting event to another I enjoy Cardinal baseball, Hawkeye sports, and doing anything outside. Whether you’re buying, refinancing, or building your dream home let's get started today!

Tim is professional and great at what he does!

"This was second time working with Tim and like last time was great! Tim and his team were awesome at making the whole buying and selling go smoothly and before even placing the house for sale he went through all our options for financing our new home and help us figure out which ome made more sense for us. Hands down great, honest, down-to-earth guy to work with and you won't be disappointed!"

Great Experience!

"This was the 3rd time I have worked with Tim and again found him to be responsive and knowledgeable. He has great knowledge of not only the financing process but what products might be better for one's particular needs. Tim was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to all inquiries from start to finish. Tim's personality is very positive and upbeat making one even feel good about borrowing a lot of money."

John C.

Smoothest First-Time Home Buyer Experience!

"I am a First-Time Home Buyer! Tim was honest and sincere in guiding me through the pre-qualification process and even pointed me in the direction before I got fully pre-qualified. Tim was very thorough in explaining everything each step of the way in the lending/mortgage process. He did a great job of asking me during each step if I had questions; he encouraged questions. He was very timely."
