What is the six transaction limit?
When it comes to transactions, not all accounts are created equal. There are transaction accounts (i.e. checking) and non-transactional accounts (i.e. savings). Non-transactional accounts are limited to six convenient transactions per calendar month, per share type.
Why is Collins Community CU transitioning their savings accounts to limited transaction accounts?
By transitioning our savings accounts to a limited transaction savings account, it provides us the opportunity to free up assets to lend to our memberships and reinvest in the community.
