Beware of Unidentified Calls or Attempts to Gain Access to Your Online Banking Account
If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your online banking account, and you believe it to be suspicious or fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information, or online banking credentials to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information or login credentials. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.
We are excited to announce the opening of a new, full service branch location. The branch is located at 5761 C Street Southwest in the Wheatland Neighborhood Centre, near Jersey’s Pub and Grub and Farrell’s.
"This new location will provide a convenient branch for our members who live and work on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids, as well as Ely, Mount Vernon, Lisbon and other outlying communities," said Jerry Burns, VP Branch Operations. "We feel expanding into this growing area will allow us to serve our existing members, as well as welcome new members to our credit union."
Duane Dee has been named Branch Manager of the C Street Southwest location. Duane has worked at CCCU for over 13 years, most recently as Assistant Branch Manager at our North Liberty location.
The new C Street Southwest branch offers a full array of financial products and services, including savings and checking, debit cards, credit cards, consumer loans, mortgages, CDs, IRAs, Health Savings Accounts, and much more.
