“As a new organization to this community, I feel that it is important for Collins to support our local law enforcement and assist them in any way we can. We greatly appreciate the service the police department provides to financial institutions in the Cedar Valley,” stated Tom Blanford, Branch Manager of the new Collins branch.
“The goal for the body camera program is to raise $30,000.00 and as of the morning or the ribbon cutting, the department had received over $29,000.00 from 108 donors,” according to Craig Berte, Assistant Police Chief. “On behalf of every member of our organization, I would like to thank all of those who have donated to this effort and everyone who has shown acts of gratitude to our team over the last few months.
