Insurance Claim Check Information
August 28, 2020
If you are receiving an insurance claim check that is made payable to both you and Collins Community Credit Union, please bring the check and your claim information with you to a branch to discuss with a branch manager. The credit union is required to sign the check and assist with releasing funds for repairs to your home.
To alleviate any issues with the check processing, please do not deposit the check into an ATM or ITM and instead bring it into the credit union. If the check is not signed properly, the check will be returned by the insurance company. We want to assist you in getting your funds to repair your property as needed.
