We have exciting news – chip card debit cards are coming soon! But first, in order to ensure we’re able to serve you, we have to replace our instant issue machines. We will install our new machines at the close of business on Monday, September 12, which means instant issue debit cards will not be available on Tuesday, September 13.

I repeat: instant issue debit cards will not be available on Tuesday, September 13.

So, what happens if your card is lost or stolen on September 13? Well, you have a couple options. You can call the Credit Union at 800-475-1150 and tell us that your card is lost or stolen and we’ll mark it inactive, after hours call 800-472-3272, or you can turn your card off immediately via the CardValet mobile app. Then, on Wednesday, September 14, you can visit our Wiley Blvd., or Marion branch to get a new debit card with chip card technology.
