Logging in to your Collins Community Credit Union secure online credit card account through MyCardInfo.com will soon be getting easier.
What’s changing?
On May 15, 2014, we will be removing the on-screen keyboard from the log-in screen, simplifying the process for entering your personal security code.
To maintain the high level of security for your account information, you will still be required to enter the following three authentication criteria:
- Username
- Password
- Personal security code
Your personal security code will not change; only how you enter it. Rather than using your mouse to click the keys within the on-screen keyboard, you will simply type your personal security code using your computer’s keyboard in the same way you currently enter your username and password.
What happens if I mistype my personal security code?
This process will be no different from what it is today. If you mistype your personal security code a certain number of times, you will be locked out for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, you will be able to re-attempt the log-in process.
What about the mobile MyCardInfo site?
There will be no change to how you log in to MyCardInfo from a mobile device. The virtual on-screen keyboard does not exist on the mobile MyCardInfo site today.
