Collins Community Credit Union has received reports of members receiving calls or text messages from scammers impersonating the Credit Union or our Fraud Center. These texts or calls may ask you for information related to your account, cards, or your Online Banking credentials, or they may ask you to click a link or contact a specific phone number.

Do not respond or click any links related to these texts or phone calls. If you receive a suspicious call or text and are unsure of its validity, please call our team directly at 800-475-1150 so we can help. If you feel you may have been a victim of fraud, or have identified any fraudulent transactions on your account, please call the numbers below directly for assistance.

As a reminder, Collins Community Credit Union will never contact you out of the blue via text or phone call to request Online Banking Login Information, Passwords, Social Security Numbers, or Credit or Debit Card Numbers.

While we use a variety of methods to keep your personal information secure, the best protection against scams is member awareness and vigilance. Please share this information with any friends or family members who you feel may be prone to falling victim to phishing phone calls, text messages, or other forms of phishing attacks.
