On Saturday, March 4 from 6:00PM to 6:00AM, and Sunday March 5 from 6:00PM to 6:00AM, Collins Community Credit Union will be performing a system update to Online Banking and our ARTS phone system. This will allow us to remain current with evolving technology and increase our efficiency as we serve our valued members.
Here’s what you need to know to plan ahead:
- Online Banking and the Collins Mobile App will be unavailable during the update periods.
- ARTS (Audio Response Telephone System) will be unavailable during the update periods.
- Debit cards and Collins Community Credit Union ATMs will be fully functional, however, the amount you’re able to withdraw may be limited. Please plan accordingly to cover your needs during the update periods if you plan on making any large purchases.
- All systems will be back up at 6:00AM on Monday, March 6. All branches will be open regular hours.
