Beware of Unidentified Calls or Voicemails About Your Credit or Debit Card
If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your credit or debit card, and you believe it to be fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.
You may have noticed within the last month that the credit union has been talking a lot about the March of Dimes. That’s because at Collins Community Credit Union we take pride in our commitment to helping people and organizations in our community. This year our CEO and COO are the 2014 co-chairs for the March of Dimes walk in April.
At the March of Dimes, their mission is to help moms have full-term pregnancies and research the problems that threaten the health of babies. According to their website, “Every year, more than half a million babies are born too soon, 4,600 of them right here in Iowa.”
You can make a difference! During the month of October if you sign up for eStatements we will donate $2 to the March of Dimes. Also, I would encourage you to buy tickets to the Halloween Charity Masquerade on October 25, all proceeds will go to the organization.
Let’s work together for stronger, healthier babies.
