Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.
Community is defined as a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common, or a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests and goals.
At Collins Community Credit Union, our organization was founded on the principal of community and a ‘people helping people’ philosophy. We strive to make our community stronger each and every day though volunteering and charitable donations.
That’s why we support the United Way of East Central Iowa and their mission to unite the caring power of communities to invest in effective solutions that improve people’s lives. This year, nearly half of our employees donated during our annual United Way Giving Campaign raising over $16,000 to benefit local organizations.
“I couldn’t be more proud of our employees and their support of this worthwhile cause. The individuals and families the United Way supports help make our community a better place,” said Rick Benhart, President/CEO.
Whether it’s volunteering, or raising funds for non-profit organizations, we live out the ‘people helping people’ philosophy each and every day, because we’re stronger together. Click here to learn how you can get involved with the credit union movement.
