At Collins Community Credit Union, we make dreams happen. Here’s a story from Teresa Jensen, Real Estate Loan Officer at our Wiley Blvd. location…

“A week ago today, I watched a first-time homebuyer sign papers for his condo.  He has rented for 8 years and felt he was ready to make the commitment of owning his own home.  He utilized a first-time homebuyer grant from the City of Cedar Rapids for his down payment.

The joy in his eyes gave me goose bumps as I watched him proudly walk out of the closing with the key to his new home.  Congrats to Jon!”

If you dream of home ownership give us a call; we’ll be with you every step of the way!
