Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information to someone who calls you unsolicited. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.
I have to admit it. I was skeptical of mobile banking. Don’t get me wrong, I love online banking. I check my accounts online at least three times a week. But I didn’t see much need for access on my phone. After all, I am at a computer for a large amount of time every week. I can just check my accounts on the desktop computer.
Then the credit union introduced an upgraded CCCU branded app in September. I wanted to check it out, so I went to the iTunes store and did a quick search. Sure enough, there it was, ready to be installed. Downloading the app was so easy, and using it is just as simple. Now I’m using the app to check my balances, transfer money, and view my account history. You can even pay bills right from your phone! It’s so easy and convenient, I find myself using the app even when I’m sitting at my computer.
If you haven’t yet, I highly suggest checking it out. If you are currently enrolled in CU Online, all you have to do is download the app to your smart phone from iTunes or Play by searching for Collins Community Credit Union. If you are not enrolled in CU Online, contact the credit union at 319-393-9000 to receive your ARTS PIN and self enroll here.
