Beware of Unidentified Calls or Voicemails About Your Credit or Debit Card
If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your credit or debit card, and you believe it to be fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.
At Collins Community Credit Union we take pride in our commitment to helping people and organizations in our community through charitable giving. This year, we will select a new charity each quarter to receive funds we raise through our eStatement promotion.
This quarter’s charity is the Willis Dady Emergency Shelter. The goal of Willis Dady is to help as many struggling people as possible to avoid needing shelter altogether, and for those who do enter shelter to move into permanent housing as quickly as possible.
Now through the end of June, for each CCCU account that signs up to receive eStatements we will donate $2.00 to the Willis Dady Emergency Shelter. Every account your family has with CCCU that currently receives a paper statement in the mail is eligible, so be sure to sign up your kids' Kirby and STAR accounts as well.
To sign up for eStatements simply click on the eStatements link located under the Self Service tab within CU Online. If you do not currently have CU Online, enroll now.
