Starting June 19th Collins Community Credit Union’s Visa credit card processor, The Members Group (TMG), will begin conducting a telephone cardholder satisfaction survey. The purpose of the survey is to better understand satisfaction levels related to TMG's card services customer service center, fraud detection center and automated IVR call center system. Only cardholders who have had a recent experience with The Members Group’s card services customer service center, fraud detection center or automated IVR call center system will be surveyed. The survey is estimated to take less than five minutes. At no time during the survey process will personally identifiable information be shared, transmitted or requested from cardholders.
