Gold Equity Access Line

Use the equity in your home to achieve your unique financial goals with a Home Equity Line of Credit

A Home Equity Line of Credit, also known as a HELOC, is a variable rate revolving line of credit, which can be used much like a credit card. Simply write a check or transfer funds from your HELOC into your checking account as needed up to your approved credit limit. And, as you repay your line of credit the funds become available to borrow again with no need to reapply during the draw period. The maximum advance is the higher of 90% of the Automated Valuation Model (AVM), less prior liens. The interest you pay on your Gold Equity Access Line may be tax-deductible. (Consult your tax adviser.)
