Enhancement 1: Enhanced Security

Effective October 3, 2023, Collins Community Credit Union will be implementing enhanced security measures for our Member Contact Center, 800-475-1150 and 319-393-9000 numbers. This additional layer of security will help protect your Collins accounts from unauthorized access and ensure that you receive the highest level of service.

What You Need to Do:
When calling our Member Contact Center at 800-475-1150 or 319-393-9000, be prepared to input your full social security number, prior to speaking to a live representative.

Enhancement 2: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Option

We're introducing a new, automated FAQ feature to streamline your experience. Get quick answers to common questions like our hours of operation, how to open a checking account, and branch locations, without waiting to speak to a representative.

How It Works:

  1. Dial 800-475-1150 or 319-393-9000 and choose option 0 when prompted.
  2. Ask your question, and the system will provide you with a prompt and informative response.
  3. You'll then have the option to receive the information by SMS text message* for easy reference.
  4. Should you need additional assistance, you can request to speak to a Member Contact Center agent, during normal business hours.

This new feature is designed to improve your experience, reduce wait times, and empower you with the information you need when you need it.
