Audio Response Telephone System (ARTS) Discontinued

Our telephone banking system provider very recently communicated to us that they will no longer support and provide security updates for our Audio Response Telephone System (ARTS) and will be discontinuing it effective June 13, 2023.

We understand the importance of easily checking balances, transferring funds, and reviewing account activity. That's why we are excited to announce that we will be launching a new self-serve banking option to replace ARTS in the very near future. This upgraded system will feature an improved self-serve experience with advanced security features. Stay tuned for more details.

As a reminder you can access your accounts 24/7 with Online Banking or the Collins Mobile App! You can also chat directly with a Collins Community Credit Union representative using our live online chat and Video Chat options.
