Security and Privacy

Ensuring you have a secure online banking experience is very important to us at Collins Community Credit Union. We take every security measure possible to ensure your online safety and privacy. To increase security on your online banking account, Collins Community Credit Union's Virtual Branch (CU Online) uses Multi-Factor Authentication. This system will ask questions that you have already provided the answers to if it senses any differences in how your account is accessed, such as logging in from a different computer. When choosing login credentials avoid the use of weak passwords and challenge questions, choosing strong authenticators that are difficult to guess (include upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols).
