Security and Privacy
At Collins Community Credit Union, keeping your online banking experience safe and secure is a top priority. We use a variety of security measures to protect your personal information and privacy. One of these is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
With MFA, you may be asked to answer security questions you’ve previously set up if something unusual is detected—such as signing in from a new device or location. This helps confirm that it’s really you accessing your account.
To further protect yourself, create strong login credentials. Avoid simple passwords or easily guessed security questions. Instead, use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and choose answers that are hard for others to figure out.
If you feel your account has been compromised, please contact the Credit Union immediately at 800-475-1150 and choose option 4.
