Beware of Unidentified Calls or Attempts to Gain Access to Your Online Banking Account
If you receive an unidentified call or voicemail about your online banking account, and you believe it to be suspicious or fraudulent, please hang up immediately and contact us at 800-475-1150. We are available to assist you.
Important Tips: Never provide your credit or debit card information, or online banking credentials to someone who calls you unsolicited. Be suspicious of any caller who asks for your personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account number. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a call, hang up and call us directly at 800-475-1150. We will never contact you to ask for your personal information or login credentials. A message from Collins Community Credit Union will always include identification.
- The lobby is now open. Although the lobby is open, you may experience the sights and sounds of construction. We hope you can excuse our mess as we finalize the finishing touches.
- The drive-thru is currently under construction. We will be removing the traditional tube and canister setup and installing new Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) for a better member experience. Currently, two ITMs are available for use and the drive-thru is expected to re-open with the upgraded technology around August 14.
- Our night drop has moved. To utilize the night drop to make deposits after hours, please visit the front of the branch. The night drop is located to the right of the door.
If you’d like to avoid construction, we invite you to visit us at our 1st Avenue branch or our new Blairs Ferry branch. If you prefer to skip the trip altogether, digital banking is always an option. With tools such as online banking, the mobile app, mobile deposit, online chat, and video chat, you can bank anytime, anywhere. Lastly, our Member Contact Center is available to assist you Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
